Before contacting me for a commission, please be sure to read my terms & conditions

Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

  1.  Please be sure you mention before the entire commission process starts about whether or not you would like to have WIPs, sketches, line art, flat colors, etc. sent before the final draft 
  2. If you are using this art for a debut, I can post less updates online/not work on it during any streams, but please say this ASAP
  3. If you have a rushed deadline, a 5% increase will be added onto the final price
  4. Feel free to request for transparent backgrounds!

PAYMENTS

  1. All payments must be paid through the app (nothing will be accepted otherwise)
  2. Do not try to lower any prices. Unless stated by me, all prices are set in stone. Be expected to pay the prices shown on here

REVISIONS

  1. During the drafting process, you can request any revisions without a limit
  2. After the flat colors have been approved, I will only accept 3 revisions (after 3 revisions, $1 USD will be added on top of the final price)

ART I WILL / WILL NOT DO

**If you request gore / slight suggestibility in art and it isn't apparent about your age, I will ask for some proof of age because I do not want minors to be in procession of this art from me

Art I will do:

  •  OCs / Vtuber Models
  • Slight Gore 18+ (includes light blood) **
  • Some Suggestive Art 18+ (nothing hardcore)**
  • Fanart of Any Fandom (that isn't offensive)
  • Furries / Antro Characters
  • Creepy / Abnormal Characters 

Art I will not do:

  • Hate Speech of Any Kind (includes symbols, references, bullying, etc.)
  • Gore of Real People / for Minors **
  • Slight Suggestively of Real People / for Minors**
  • Any Kind of NSFW Art of Furries, Minors, Real People, and Child-Like Characters (Lolicon included)

USE

If art is used for commercial purposes, please let me know!

  1.  Tracing, copying, and claiming the art as your own is not permitted. All watermarks put onto the art cannot be removed.
  2. If you use the art to repost onto other social media, please credit and inform me
  3. DO NOT use any of my art for AI usage or NFTs. This is absolutely not allowed and I do not want my art to be apart of these sources
  4. If you request for no WIPs to be posted, I will give a 20 day time period after the final art is done before posting. All final drafts will be posted after approval!

REFUNDS

  1. Full refunds are only given if I am having trouble with the work or no work has been done (do not request a full refund if progress has been made)
  2. Partial refunds can be accepted during the sketching and line art process (75% refund for sketches and 50% refund for line art)
  3. Any partial refunds will receive the current work in progress with a watermark (do not remove the watermark)

COMMUNICATION

Stay professional when talking with me. This is a mutual respect, so please don't give attitude (clear communication is my goal).

  • You can contact with me between Twitter, Instagram, Discord, or email (Discord is preferred)
  • When communicating, please only stick to one source unless I am sending the final draft of the piece
  • All final pieces will be shared through Discord or Email depending on the details
  • I will stay in contact with you and give updates every 1-2 days. If you receive no updates after 3 days, please feel free to reach out to me!

  • Stay in constant communication with me to ensure I can make your piece in a timely matter. During the beginning stages, I will be expecting responses daily to make sure your ideas are executed properly 
  • If you do not respond within 3 days, I will reach out through other medias you have. If no update is provides and you "disappear", the art will be stopped and no refunds will be given at all. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Even though you have purchased the piece, I still own all the rights of my art. Under no circumstances are these rights transferable
